Coping with Menopause with Naturopathy

Menopause is a biochemical process which takes place in the body of a woman at a certain age towards the end of her fertile years. This means that her hormone levels begin to decline and the woman begins to experience insomnia, anxiety, hot flashes, depressions and heart palpitations.
