In order to give a Hemorrhoid Miracle review it’s a good idea to take a quick look at the complaint itself. A swelling of veins in the anus and lower rectum is what’s called “Hemorrhoids” or “Piles”. It is one of those embarrassing problems that people don’t like discussing. It is an irritant that in extreme cases can develop into a danger condition. For example one complication is “Strangulated Hemorrhoids”.
How do you know if you have hemorrhoids. Well if you have regular itching in the lower rectum/anus accompanied by light bleeding, you may well be sufferer. You would notice the bright red blood in your toilet tissue.
More severe symptoms could include leakage of feces. You could also have a painful lump around the anus. In more extreme cases there is the visible protrusion of a hemorrhoid outside your anus.
Many people have hidden hemorrhoids. By this is meant swollen veins that are inside the anus. These may give few symptoms. Though there may be bleeding and irritation if the sufferer strains when passing stool.
Some people have dark blood in the stools or the stool itself may look very dark. Occasionally this is accompanied with a significant change in bowel movement frequency. If you have these symptoms you should see your doctor without delay. You may have a more serious problem than hemorrhoids.
Who gets hemorrhoids and why? Some are more susceptible than other purely for genetic reasons. Leaving that aside, life and lifestyle plays a part. Pregnant women are inclined to get them. Obese people are also more at risk. Staying on the toilet too long and straining while defecating are a cause. People with a tendency towards either constipation or diarrhea are more likely to suffer.
So is there a cure or way to prevent this ailment? In terms of cure, there are many medical treatments. One is “rubber band ligation”. The aim is to cut off the blood supply. In a few days the hemorrhoid withers and disappears. There are surgical procedures too with varying degrees of success. Less drastic methods aim at reducing the hardness of stool so that passing them is less abrasive to the sensitive area.
But prevention is the best cure, as the saying goes. So the extra fiber and water is a good start. Secondly, don’t delay in passing stools when you have the urge. And while your “at it” don’t delay unduly. If you’re in the habit of reading in the toilet, maybe you should skip the practice.
According to many people, one remedy seems to have above average results for many people. It’s called H Miracle. The number of endorsements that this product has received from relieved users is considerable.
To write a comprehensive Hemorrhoid Miracle review that quoted even a small percentage of the positive feedback, would require a little book in itself. The plan was created after painstaking research by Holly Hayden. Holly was a chronic hemorrhoid sufferer herself. She realized after a little research that there is a huge amount of successful natural remedies for the ailment. The problem for most people is to dig them out. Holly did just that. Then she tested them and retested them. The result of Holly work is what makes up this great little book.
