Running Video – New And Exciting Ways To Get From One Place To Another

By Phil Laughery

By word of mouth, a new phenomena has developed. People the world over are looking at videos and getting inspired to start running. Not just your boring standard running, but free running. What is it exactly, anyway?

Free running is a different way to get from point A to point B. Instead of just running to one place to another, they running encourages is that you get there as creatively as possible in order to test your limits. Naturally, this can be quite a testing activity. However, it is constantly growing because of the interesting concepts behind it.

Those that are experienced and practiced in free running can do some amazing things in some very beautiful settings. It is usually done in urban settings, as these settings provide the best backdrop for this activity. It really puts a spin on the whole getting from one point to the next thing.

When free running, you can walk, even. You can take a bus, you can drive your car, or you can hail a taxi. It is not just running. It is moving in interesting ways.

If you do watch a free running video, you’ll be able to see exactly what it means to get where you want to go in your own way. The people who practice it really test the limits of their bodies by running on walls, doing flips, and doing other seemingly impossible maneuvers in busy cities.

While people who practice this activity cannot technically be considered athletes because in most cases they do not directly compete, and it is more practice of a train of thought than anything else, some of the things they do are truly amazing.

If you want to get in shape, there are tons of videos of runners you can watch to help you with your methods.
