Self-hypnosis and mental images – Is it feasible do it alone?

It also plays a part experiencing discomfort and stress control. STEP ONE: Become acquainted with self-hypnosis and/or mental images.

STEP TWO: Prepare a specific system for causing self-hypnosis.

Write your own directions for any desired change, e.g. If you're not inspired at work or in class, write self-suggestions about having the drive and doggedness to switch, seeing the importance of that change and the wonderful possible outcomes.

STEP FOUR: Get prepared and have the experience daily.

Find a quiet, personal place without any distractions to perform the 20 minutes session. Have your self-instructions ready. Go through the whole routine as you planned it. Develop a hypnosis routine so that you will have the experience at the same time each day. Show patience, it needs time to learn any new ability.
