When you begin to stop smoking, you will not be able to think about anything except for a cigarette. So you might get the craving for a single puff. But once you are firm, even if you can see the cigarettes everywhere, you will not smoke. Know that your subconscious mind is tricking with you and luring you to smoke again. Know that you are going to win this battle against nicotine so stand firm and control it.
The best idea is to avoid your friends and colleagues who smoke so that you won’t feel the urge to smoke as well. Personally, I followed the same principle and it has done wonders for me. And for the past 3 years I haven’t even touched a cigarette.
Never commit a mistake of dropping the quit smoking idea even if you have failed on your previous attempt. It is my personal stop smoking tip that the moment you abandon your motivation, your bad nicotine habit will increase twice the urge. So never ever lose hope even if any failure occurs. It is normal. You just have to stand up again and fight back. Remember, you will surely succeed one day.
Once you have already made up your mind to stop the smoking forever, then the lifestyle changes will play a very essential role. Set a stop smoking timeline. Follow the stop smoking tips and plan ahead to succeed in your goals in order to make your life healthy again.
