Stopping Male Pattern Baldness – The Truth Revealed!

Stopping male pattern baldness really isn’t as complicated as a handful of individuals may have you believe. In fact, if you really distill it down, you will find that there is only one basic cause, and that is the prolonged starvation of your poor hair follicles. We will discuss the three steps necessary to fully nurse your follicles back to health. Before we do, however, you should be made aware that this treatment approach will not work for everyone.

If you wait too long and too much hair has disappeared, your options are pretty much limited to surgical ones. For example, if your “bald spot” has absolutely zero hair cover and is as shiny as a new penny, then the steps outlined in this article simply will not help you.

Here’s the good news… Most men are still very much treatable. If you have a cover of hair over your “bald spots,” thin as the hairs may be, you still have viable follicles to work with. This is huge. You can nurse the sick and weak back to health. You can’t, however, nurse the dead. Make sense?

Stopping Male Pattern Baldness – The Most Important Three Things You Can Do:

1. Nourish your blood! – If your hair is thinning or falling out, you can bet it’s because your hair follicles are being starved of proper nutrition. Specifically, zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, biotin, and vitamin b6 need to be readily available within the blood for use by the hair follicles. While a responsible diet is always recommended, the easiest and most sure-fire way of getting the proper nutrients is through natural supplementation.

2. Stop the big bully! – Male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia) is a condition wherein we are genetically predisposed to produce an excessive amount of the androgen (male sex hormone) dihydrotestosterone, better known as dht. This “bully” binds itself to your follicles, choking them off from their food supply, essentially starving them to death. You can prevent the formation of dht in your body by taking either the drug finasteride or its natural alternative, saw palmetto. Many men choose saw palmetto to avoid the potential sexual side effects associated with finasteride.

3. Feed the follicles! So you’ve made your blood nutrient rich and you’ve stopped dht from blocking your follicles from these powerful nutrients. Now all that’s left to do is optimize the delivery of these nutrients via efficient circulation throughout the scalp. The most powerful way to do this is to apply a 5% minoxidil topical solution directly to the affected area(s) of your scalp. Minoxidil is the only other FDA Approved hair loss treatment (along with finasteride) clinically proven to slow, stop, and even reverse a man’s hair loss. This medicine is most commonly marketed as Rogaine, though you can also find it as a key ingredient in other hair loss products, such as Provillus.

Many men have enjoyed some success using just ONE of these three powerful treatment methods. However, when you combine all of them and really get after your hair loss from all three of these critical angles, your chances of full and dramatic hair restoration go up exponentially.

It’s an easy process to understand. You clean the blood, nourish the blood, and deliver the blood. This is the most stripped down explanation I can offer. If followed diligently and somewhat patiently, you can begin to nurse your follicles back to health immediately, with truly noticeable results within a few short months.
