I get stressed, you get stressed; everybody gets stressed from time to time. It’s like one of the laws of nature. But then when it happens, you have to unwind. I like to call it stress relief, but I’m not the only one; a lot of doctors like to call it stress relief too, unwinding after you have gotten stressed. And how you do it is entirely up to you, but do it you must.

People do stupid things when they are angry, and for some reason some folks think it is natural. Well, it happens but it is not that natural. You see, with a little stress relief you can keep that anger from getting that far and you can be happy more of the time, than be angry enough to hurt someone you love.

When I get stressed, I book an appointment with my masseuse. One session is all it takes, one thirty minute session and I’m as good as new. But without it, I would be a total mess.

I know this stress relief technique I saw in a movie the other day, and I totally think it works! Just close your eyes when you feel like saying something really hot to someone, let out your breath, and say Goooose-fraaabaaa! You’ll love it, I guarantee that.

When you find that you are depressed and angry much of the time, you are getting to be a victim of lack of expression. What I mean is that you are not getting to give off all the steam that must be pilling up inside you. You need stress relief, so that you can keep it cool.

You know what sets humans apart from animals? It’s stress relief. Animals just let their emotions run amok but we, we control and channel it. People who cannot do that end up being animals themselves, and people who can get to retain their sanity.

The more stressed up you get, the crankier; and soon enough everybody around you will know it too. There is only one way to handle it, and that is to get stress relief. You don’t have to do it the way the other guys does, you simply have to find your own rhythm.

They say you can get angry but don’t so something stupid. I think that getting angry enough to do something in the first place is ignorant. Don’t let it get that bad – relieve your stress.

Relieving your stress is something you should do everyday unless you do not get the chance for it. And even when the chance is not there, you should create it. You just have to not give a chance for the negative emotions to come boiling up.
