As a user of HCG drops, you need to be prepared of the diet that comes with it. This will be the time that you have to do the work that you require since you have to get the results that you need. There are four phases that you need to know and do. There are some of them which are easy but you need to make sure that you have determination to finish it. The tasks will be very simple for you to do when you are prepared from the beginning.

For day one and two, take the suggested drops from the HCG drops first thing in the morning. After this, hold the drops under the tongue for 60 seconds. If there is a remaining liquid left then you can swallow it. At least 30 minutes before lunch take the suggested amount of drops and do this the again before dinner. During this first phase of the diet you will consume foods that have high amounts of calorie. To name a few of them-peanuts, pork, butter, doughnuts etc.

As you get along with a phase two of the HCG drops on the third day, this is where you will begin the diet calorie plan. This goes the same with the above statement. You need to take the suggested amount of drops before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can always do this for three weeks if you plan to lose fifteen to twenty pounds. As for those who wanted to lose 34 to 40 pounds then it can take up to six weeks. Going for a six week diet would mean that you have to take one day off from the drops but still you need to continue on low calorie diet on the same day.

As you are moving on to phase then you have to start the procedure called stabilization phase. This means you will start eating healthy foods but you are not able to consume anything that has starches or sugar in them. This will be done for the next three weeks time. If you feel like you still need to lose weight then you can start up from the beginning and still taking the loading phase.

The last phase is called maintenance. This is where you will start to two adding normal foods into your diet to. This means you are testing in your body on how it will react to the food that should eat.
