What is resveratrol? It is mainly a type of hydrocarbon which contains phenyl groups that belong to the flavonoid compounds. These hydrocarbons are mainly categorized under the group of phytoalexins which is one of the major derivatives of phytochemicals. These chemicals are mainly produced by the plants and they are mainly used to fight against harmful pathogenic micro organisms. All those substances that are mainly used to fight against the dreadful consequences of bacteria, fungi and other pathogenic micro organisms are mainly referred as phytoalexins. In fact, natural resveratrol is present in sufficient amount in grapes, blueberries, eucalyptus, knotweed, spruce and peanuts.
Well, I would like to tell you that natural resveratrol is really very much beneficial for heart. It can easily lower and regulate the cholesterol level of the body. It is also capable of maintaining the quantity of insulin in the blood. You can easily improve the motor coordination of your body with the help of natural resveratrol. You can also protect yourself from various dreadful diseases like aging, inflammation and cancer.
