When finding information about it you don’t really find anything bad being said about this fruit because honestly, there is none. This really shouldn’t be a surprise because acai berry is a fruit which is meant to be healthy and safe. Consuming this fruit is great for your health and will aid you in weight loss as well.

Loss of appetite is one of the known acai berry side effects but this is because it is used for weight loss anyway. If you are wanting to lose weight, then the reason that the fruit makes you lose your appetite is very beneficial to you. So basically, this side effect is really what people are searching for and is not a terrible thing at all. Besides what could be harmful with taking this fruit, as it is just like consuming all other fruits and vegetables which are healthy for the body.

I searched everywhere for any data I could find on acai berry side effects but I couldn’t find anything at all. Soon I discovered that I couldn’t get anything on it for the reason that there are no side effects from this fruit which was great to know.
