To Improve Your Immune Support Follow These Five Steps

1. Improve your diet for immune support

For immune support, you need to have a diet with lots of antioxidants. You will find antioxidants in fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of products on the market right now that involve berries. The jury is still out on these as to whether they are effective or not.

You’ll also want to eat fish and flaxseed. These include omega-3 fats. These are the healthy kind of fats.

Don’t eat as many sugary foods. When you eat a lot of sugary foods you are definitely decreasing your immune support.

Remember to drink lots of water. Don’t drink sodas or other sugary drinks. Again, sugary drinks will decrease your immunity.

2. Exercise

Moderate exercise means exercising 3 to 4 times a week at something that won’t get you humming and puffing.

If you do vigorous exercise like running you could potentially hurt your immune system. A lot of times runners and other athletes are more susceptible to illnesses such as the flu.

3. Get rid of stress for immune support

When you’re stressed you are negatively impacting your immunity. So don’t get stressed. People who are stressed have heart attacks. You don’t want a heart attack.

Meditation, yoga, and deep breathing are some ways that you can reduce your stress. Also working less can improve immune support.

4. Sleep and hygiene

Doctors are have been telling us for years now that in order to avoid colds and other illnesses the number one thing we can do is wash our hands. It doesn’t seem like following what the doctors have told us.

Another thing doctors have been doing this for years is to get a full eight hours of sleep. This is another thing we have a listen to. But getting enough sleep will allow our body to fight in the illnesses we might have wall were sleeping.

5. Herbs and supplements

Herbs such as vitamin C, astralagus, echinacea, and elderberry can certainly improve your health. They could also help boost your immune support.

While it’s been around for a while, doctors are just starting to see the huge benefits of glutathione. Glutathione is the body’s most important antioxidant. And it’s found naturally in the body. But we need to be able to boost it.

If you follow these simple five steps, you will find that you have boosted your immune support.
