3 Ways To Eliminate Belly Fat
You are dead wrong if you think there is no easy way to lose weight! I am going to tell you about 3 weight loss methods that are both easy and natural. But I am not going to ask you to diet! This article discloses 3 common sense methods that will dramatically increase weight loss!
1. Breakfast is the king: Every morning you wake up from a 9 or 10 hour fast! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating, or by breaking the fast, hence the word break-fast!
Weve all heard the rule that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only most people dont follow that rule. We will usually eat a small breakfast (sometimes only a muffin, or a cup of coffee!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. Eating this way makes losing weight exponentially harder!
In order to lose weight, you need to do things in reverse. This means that breakfast should be the largest meal of the day (and it definitely should not be skipped), and your dinner should be the smallest one! For example, if you have a large dinner, you will most likely go to bed soon after. Your body cant burn all those extra calories while youre asleep, not unless you do a lot of sleepwalking. No, your body will instead store them as fat!
If you make breakfast the most heinous meal of your day, your body will have the entire day to filter those calories, using what it needs and eliminating what it doesnt. This means that weight gain will reduce dramatically!
2. Sugar = weight gain: Sugar is your biggest adversary when it comes to weight gain. The human body will convert sugar into fat extremely fast. Sugar can give you an instant burst of energy, but it will also produce cravings, which are enemies in disguise when it comes to weight gain.
The more sugar you eat, the stronger the cravings become, the more weight you gain, and the less happy you are. Rather than sugar, you should eat potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, and pasta, all of which produce good glucose.
3. Drink plenty of water: Drinking water is essential for weight loss and for an overall healthy body! You can drink as much water as you want and you wont gain weight. Instead, you will burn fat by boosting your metabolism! If you have ever woken up in the morning feeling tired and, well, unable to wake up, it is possible that you are dehydrated.
Your body needs water to perform every single internal function, so limiting water would obviously not allow your body to burn excess fat. Also, if you don’t drink enough water, your body will store any water you do drink because of the shortage. This leads to increased amounts of water weight. This is something that can be easily be averted by drinking plenty of water!
