6 Ways To Take Your Training Sessions To The Next Level

If you want to get the best body genetically possible, you have to push yourself hard in the gym. You see, ultra intense exercise is the only way to get the best results.

Unfortunately, many transformation hopefuls do not know how to create the right environment for said change to happen.

Thus, here are 6 ways to take your training sessions to the next level:

1. Have some calories before exercising: This is one of the simplest, yet most effective ways to increase your performance. You see, training on empty is a sure fire way to failure. A little nutrition before intense exercise will allow you to perform at a much higher level.

2. Hyper hydrate before intense training: This will help you top off your water stores, so to speak. And recall that water will prevent you from overheating, a condition that brings you to fatigue very quickly. Just make sure you equilibrate right before exercising.

3. Drink a liquid meal right after you finish: This is a great strategy to jump start recovery and to prevent your blood sugar from plummeting after your intense session. And recall that your muscles need carbs right after training for best results.

4. Bring your music: Listening to the music that you like most is a great way to enhance the secretion of catecholamines from your adrenal glands. And catecholamines are hormones that allow your body to work harder than normal.

5. Have a pre workout ritual: Elite athletes usually have some type of ritual they follow before competing. They do this because it works. You see, when you mentally agitate yourself right before a physical exertion your body releases stress hormones. And said hormones allow you to work harder.

6. Take your own water bottle to the gym: Having to walk to the water fountain in between exercises is distracting and unnecessary. Instead, take your own filtered water and consistently sip it during your workout. This will keep you cool and hydrated.

Intense exercise is the most effective way to get in shape, period. So don’t wait to take it to the next level, act right now!
