There are lots of fast fat loss programs on the market. In fact, the weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar business sector. However, facts show that the vast majority of individuals that start on a weight-loss program and actually lose weight end up putting all of the weight they lost back on, and in some cases may even end up more overweight.

I can empathize with the challenge of losing fat and keeping it off. My body type is an endomorph, which means it’s very easy for me to gain fat, especially around the belly area. Since I’m very familiar with what’s needed to achieve a lean, fit physique, I was quite excited to have a closer look at the newest fitness and fat-loss program by Chad Waterbury. Chad is recognized the world over as an expert in both body transformation and performance development. His education speaks for itself, as he has degrees in Exercise Science, Neurophysiology and Human Biology.

His newest fat loss and training program is called “Body of F.I.R.E.” Chad has used the same techniques that you will learn with his program to help celebrities, movie and television stars, fitness models, and ordinary individuals, both male and female, to get into great shape. Following are some of the highlights of Chad’s program:

* Training – consists of three, 4-week phases requiring 4 workouts per week. These workouts only take 30-45 minutes each.

* Exercise guide- this contains 45 high-resolution photos of exercises. Chad goes into specific detail on how to perform each of the exercises as well as the proper form to achieve maximum results.

* Nutrition guide – no calorie counting makes this guide really easy to follow. To help you get the maximum fat burning results Chad explains exactly what to eat and how much of it to eat. There is also a FAQ section at the end.

* Shake Diet – you can jump-start your weight/fat loss by choosing to purchase this additional program. Chad explains how to make delicious, nutritional shakes with everyday items from the supermarket. Since you can lose up to 7 pounds per week on this program, it’s a great way to get you started and really motivated.

* Advanced program – this is used with many of Chad’s professional athlete clients. If you’ve completed the initial program of 12 weeks and wish to achieve a higher level of fitness, then this 8-week program is for you.

This is just a super program for anyone that really wants to achieve fast fat loss and great overall conditioning. As I have already said, whether you are male or female, already in great shape or needing to get into better condition, this program has something for everyone.
