Chad’s Day 9: Loving The HCG Diet Recipes

Chad’s gone through more than a week. It’s Day 9! He’s doing a great job. We’ve been spying on him the whole time so if you’ve missed it you should go back and read the old articles so you get the whole story. He’s hitting the averages; 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day. And he’s excited to see more drop off.

He has the hardest time sticking to the diet after dinner. He just feels hungry. But to solve the problem he saves his fruits for this time period.

He’s become pretty comfortable with the dieting process and he’s positive that he’ll make it through until the end of the program. He feels the variety of HCG Diet recipes he has access to through the Recipe Guide have been vital in making him feel comfortable with the diet.

Day 9 has Chad weighing in at 231 lbs.

Down another pound! He’s keeping up with the averages for daily weight loss. He’s well on his way to reaching his final weight loss goal which is 180 pounds. He’s still got a long way to go though. He figures that he’ll need to do a second homeopathic HCG dieting cycle in order to reach his goal.

Chad said, “I’ve been told going through the diet the second time is easier. You know what’s going on; what to expect. I’m making it a goal to learn to eat this way without having to think about it or plan it. I want eating healthy to come naturally.”

Chad still randomly craves bread and peanut butter and some of his other “old stand bys.” But it’s not hunger driving him. It’s just a simple craving. So he’s quite capable of ignoring it. Day 9 was a great day. Chad ate only approved items. He incorporated a couple HCG Diet recipes that made things more interesting (they always do). He’s decided the that variety offered the HCG diet recipes is vital for his success. And he’s very relieved that he took advantage of that particular tool.

He wonders about the companies he’s heard people talk about that provide HCG approved meals. He thinks this might be an easy to add more variety to his meal plan so he’s going to check into it.

Amelia Handley studied exercise science in college with a minor in Nutrition. Yet she still found herself veering from diet to diet in order to control her weight.
