What is a healthy diet? This is a question that every person asks once in a life to him/herself. Though there is no one specific answer to this question as there are a variety of different foods that helps you in maintain a notorious diet. Cutting of your food will not help you in maintaining a good diet but infact it will disrupt in normal growth of the body. A healthy diet can be maintained through a number of techniques you just have to look in the proper window and choose the best plan for yourself.

A healthy diet is one in which you take the correct amount of food in a set proportion. There are different food taboos around the world, culture and religion to plays an important role. There are a number of diets in the world but the two diets that make us different from other cultures are traditional diets and religious diets.

A traditional diet is one related to native people living in one area. People living near coastal areas are mainly to rely on food source related to marine life, and people living inland will rely on seasonal foods and food they grow in their farms. Such type of traditional foods still exists and such taboos cannot be taken from traditional diet of one population because they have remained the same for over a hundred of years.

Extensive use of everything is bad no matter what your culture tells you, you should not take extensive food in order to maintain a healthy diet. The other type of diet is religious diet in which your religion tells you what to eat or not. The biggest example of religion relating to diet is the prohibition of eating pork in Islam. On the other hand western world pork is used in large proportions. Every Muslim around the world avoids eating pork. There are a number of websites over the internet that tells you how to maintain a notorious diet. You just have to log on to different websites in order to make a diet plan of your own. Just bring under consideration to choose the best diet plan relating to your culture.

But in western world pork is consumed by a large number of populations. Though like this religion helps you in maintaining your diet. A highly notorious diet can be searched over the internet. Though there would be different ideas people will have depending upon their own culture and norms, you have to identify the diet relating to your culture and stick to it, because sudden changes in diet will not help you in any way.

Though a diet is highly affected by culture it is said to choose the correct diet that is highly notorious so that you take the correct amount of food daily needed by the body.
