Day Four! Chad’s On Homeopathic HCG

By Amelia Handley

So if you’ve read the previous articles you already know Chad. We’ve been spying on him for a few days as he continues on the homeopathic HCG diet. He wants to lose weight (drastic weight). So when he heard about the average weight loss available through homeopathic HCG he decided to try it.

Days one and two were loading days. These first two loading days are a necessary part of the homeopathic HCG diet. It allows time and opportunity for the homeopathic HCG to be absorbed into the system.

Day three is when the very low calorie portion of the diet starts. Chad did a great job. He followed the protocol. He did notice that when he went to bed…he went to bed hungry.

Chad’s weight on Day 4 was at 238 1/2 pounds.

The 7.5 pound drop in weight from Day 3 to Day 4 is amazing. And Chad is, rightfully, amazed! He decided after seeing the initial drop that he must have finally figured out how the celebs are able to vacillate so quickly back and forth for their different movie roles. They must have known about homeopathic HCG long before he found out about it.

On Day 4 Chad did his best to follow the protocol. And his best was very good. He started the day with a large cup (2 servings) of Stash herbal tea. He gave Coconut Mango Oolong a try (with a bit of Vanilla Stevia as sweetener). At lunch Chad had turkey (with appropriate seasonings) and spinach along with an apple. He had strawberries for a snack after dinner (that’s one of his hardest time periods while on the very low calorie homeopathic HCG diet).

He had a bit of a headache which isn’t normal. He wondered if it was related to the diet at all so he decided that he would call the support center at HCG Diet Direct and find out.

But no teeny headache is going to leave Chad unhappy after a 7.5 pound weight drop. He is still completely excited and happy to see more weight drop off.

Amelia Handley studied exercise science in college with a minor in Nutrition. Yet she still found herself veering from diet to diet in order to control her weight. With HCG Diet Direct she’s found a program that allows her to combine her desire to control her own body weight with her education and not feel off balance.
