The tea solely made of the leaves of the plant ‘camellia sinensis’ with minimum oxidation during manufacturing process is known as green tea.

The green tea properties vary slightly from place to place depending upon the climatic conditions,the soil quality and the process of cultivation.

Green tea is famous for it’s taste as a beverage and also for many medicinal properties it has.

The overall health of the person is improved if it is taken regularly.

The problem with green tea is the presence of plant compounds such as caffeine.

The plant compound caffeine may trigger allergic reactions for some people who are sensitive to it but for many others,it is a good beverage.It is better to avoid it if you are sensitive to caffeine.
