f)      It is much cheaper than appointing a personal trainer to have personalized fitness routine.

g)     While working in a group, you would exercise more than usual. You would not just be exercising. You would take up a lot of activities, which would help you to reduce weight, without even realizing. For instance, if you are hiking with your best friend, you would be burning more calories than walking, but, you would not feel like being in a fitness club. It would be akin to a vacation.

h)     The weight loss retreat program will have a long term effect as you could team up with your friends you make in the program and work in groups, supporting each other.

i)      You would not get de-motivated, while working in a group. There would be someone to cheer you up when you are down.
