A healthy diet is the best foundations for weight loss and when coupled with other healthful habits, like exercise, it can contribute to your body’s ability to get and stay slim for a lifetime.

Using Cardiovascular Exercise During Workouts

Weight training is incredibly important, but without cardio in your regular workout routine, you are not going to see a significant reduction in fat on your body.
