I know you want to know how to get a six pack fast. However, you may be overwhelmed by all the information you can find online. I don’t want to make things complicated for you, losing weight and achieving six pack is actually easy. Forget all about the fad diets, supplements and expensive equipments. Let me show you how it’s done.

1) Resistance Training – The Essential Thing You Need To Do

If you want to get a six pack fast, you need to perform weight or resistance training. Resistance training for your whole body helps to change the composition of your body muscles, which means you look nicer! Most people do at least an hour of resistance training per day (heck, I only perform 12 minutes a day!).

The key to eliminate your belly fat and get your six pack lies in the rest of the 23 hours for the day. Resistance training helps to build muscles that can help you to boost your metabolism rate. High metabolism rate means more calories burn throughout the day.

This is why there are fitness experts that say you can burn fat while you sleep! You got to keep in mind, the key is to keep your metabolism rate high without using any pills and supplements of course.

2) Get adequate rest

Studies had been conducted to show that your body ability to metabolize carbohydrates will decline when you lack enough sleep. Your leptin level in your body will also dip which will cause you to having cravings for food. Lack of adequate rest can also cause other problems such as heart diseases.

3) Secret you need to know

You don’t need to spend countless hours on the thread mill to get your six pack. In fact, most people waste too much of their time on the thread mill. Running for hours on the thread mill will only get you mediocre results.

Think about this example. Do you want to have a marathon runner body or a body of a sprinter?

I do not want to debate which training of a sprinter or marathon runner is better, but the fact is there is definitely a more efficient way to train for your six pack without spending hours on the thread mill.

Instead of relying on endurance exercises to get your six pack, turn to short burst training instead. Tabata style training or even trainings in high intensity training in short period is much more effective in helping you lose fat so that you can see your abs.

So the next time you go to the gym try performing your resistance training using this regime. Perform exercise as much as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for 8 times.

This regime is intensive. I perform this regime for 3 sets of exercise for my workouts. You will not believe how good the results are and you will be fighting for your breath afterward.
