What is Malibu Pilates?

Malibu Pilates is the latest Pilates workout program designed to get you “slim and sexy” using their Malibu Pilates Chair. The base is made from solid construction and with the adjustable spring resistance, this “wonder-chair” will target your legs, arms, thighs and abs with every move you make!

Renowned pilates instructor and Malibu Pilates creator, Carroll Krief, understood the values of aerobic exercise, as well as anaerobic exercises and she did an excellent job incorporating both systems into this program. Doing the exercises on the Malibu chair does promote lean muscle growth, pair those exercises with a high intensity pace and you have yourself a fat burning machine! That’s the secret behind this revolutionary system!

This is NOT a Magic Pill to weight loss

Although the exercises in this program are easy to use, I have to burst your bubble – this system is NOT your “magic pill” to losing weight! Any system that promises to “Lose 72lbs in 2 weeks with this exercise” (blah, blah), is a scam! All exercises that you do (Pilates, P90X, Insanity) will never work if it’s not accompanied with a diet or by healthy eating decisions. It’s diet plus exercising that promotes weight loss!

Carroll realized this fact and that’s why she incorporated an “Eating Right Guide”. It provides nutritional facts as well as a variety of healthy meal choices. Many people know that the reason why people fail on staying with a diet, is because they don’t plan ahead. Having the “Eating Right Guide” in your artillery will greatly increase your chances of staying with this program because it’s already layed out for you!

So now you know what it is, now, who’s it for? From my research, this is targeted for anyone that either:

* wants to get in shape

Hard work and dedication – It’s all on your to succeed!

This system does work! In order for you to achieve your fitness goals, you have to be committed in making healthy eating choices, determined to use the system 3-4 times a week, and lastly you have to stay focused on this path!

Although you will see results after the first couple weeks or maybe even a couple day, you have to keep pushing yourself! You have to keep pushing for that extra minute, for that extra second! That extra second works wonders on your attitude!

Although you may not physically see what that extra second did, your slowly gearing your mind to successful thinking! If you were able to exercise 1 minute and 1 second yesterday, you CAN surely do 1 minute and 2 seconds today!
