Multivitamins For Body Cleansing

A chemist at 1941 was the first to perform the liquid diet which is popularly know as master cleanse. The people who are benefited by Master cleansing are alchoholists, drug addicts and tobacco eaters. This also results in weight loss.

Master cleanse is where one has to drink a lemonade made of fresh lime and maple syrup and little of cayenne pepper that removes the toxic substance from our body Normally one has to take 3 to 4 lemons per day and also 1 to 1 and half cups of maple syrup. Taking multivitamins while you are on a master cleanse is not much effective.

Normally one has to take 3 to 4 lemons per day and also 1 to 1 and half cups of maple syrup. It’s not advisable to take multivitamins while we do master cleansing. It’s because that all the required vitamins for the body are well proportionate in the ingredients of master cleansing.

Master cleanse itself has vitamins in it. Lemon contains vitamin c, minerals and pH balance. Maple syrup contains sugar, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. The main aim of cleansing is to remove the toxic substance which is accumulated due to intake of different foods. This also gives the essential vitamins required for the body. So intake of multivitamins during cleansing results in vain. It may also improper balance which may harm your body.

If you feel that multivitamin is must along with master cleansing, have it in the ratio of 1:1.Multivitamins will not be effective when you combine it with master cleansing because vitamins lose their potency after cleansing.

Once master cleansing is done, there is a need to follow a strict diet till the first three days. we have to intake only orange juice for the first day. Second day we may add up soup followed by vegetables, salads and fruits on third day. The normal schedule can be followed from fourth day.

Positive feed backs are more than the negative feedbacks after cleansing. Ones mind becomes fresh after cleansing. Even lot of energy gets boosted up in your body. Certain people feel tired and extremely hungry. In extreme cases people faint and feel dizzy. Without the advice from the physician one shouldn’t start master cleansing. For Nursing and pregnant ladies, Children master cleansing is not advisable. Due to low calories consumption during cleansing, It may result is gall stones formation.
