Health nutrition or I should say the lack of good nutrition is the biggest problem when it comes to working out and weight loss. This is a very difficult area for many if not most people. Nutrition makes up about 75% of the equation in getting a better body through exercise.

Forget the 3 meals a day plan. Eat five to six small, healthy meals spread out all day long. This will allow you to burn more calories by increasing metabolism.Just to keep on track allow yourself one cheat day every week.

Core and stability training are also needed in order to have a complete fitness program. Your core or trunk is where all your body movements originate. It is important to have a strong core in order to have a healthy and strong body. As you get older you start to lose your ability to balance, incorporating stability into your home program will be beneficial to you in countless ways.

I always recommend you seek the guidance of a professional who can teach you the proper way to engage your core as well as how to do stability exercises in a safe manner.This way you will lessen the change of injury doing basic and advance core exercises.

Remember if you get hurt that’s another excuse not to work out. Seek the services of a personal trainer who can teach you proper techniques and can give you an individualized program.Many trainers train and instruct clients in their own home, so keep this in mind if you are unsure on how to get started.
