Shop for the following:

Chicken – 100 grams

Tomato, chopped or diced, 1

Garlic – 3 cloves

Oregano – 1 tsp

Basil seasoning, 1 tsp

Chili powder seasoning, tsp

Garlic Powder – 1 dash

Pepper – 1 dash

Preheat the oven area to at least 350 degrees, and coinciding, place approximately half of the diced tomatoes into the baking dish. Begin searing the pieces of chicken until lightly cooked on both sides. Add seasonings to satisfy your tastes. Once the chicken is cooked, place in the baking dish that has the seasoned tomatoes. In a small bowl, mix the other half of tomatoes and seasonings. Add to the top of the cooked chicken. Make sure the baking dish is covered tightly with either foil or a lid and cook for an hour. Times for cooking may vary. Serve the dish hot.

Prescription HCG turkey and tomato soup recipe

Shop for the following:

Turkey, ground and cooked, approx. 100 grams

2 cans of organic tomatoes that are stewed or crushed

Garlic cloves, approx. 2 crushed

Red wine vinegar, at least 2 tsp

Basil, rosemary, pepper flakes, parsley, and cumin – for taste

Prescription HCG recipe directions for soup:

Add seasonings, tomatoes, and garlic into a pot, and cook the mixture for 5 minutes. Place the cooked turkey into the pot and bring it to a boil. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes and serve the meal warm. Garnish with parsley sprinkled on top of the soup.
