It can come at any time as an intense desire to break your weight loss plan– to go out and eat the tasty treats you used to indulge in.

The impulse to eat unhealthy, fattening foods literally overwhelms them. They cave into the desire, and go on a results-wrecking food binge.

This often becomes the normal cycle for many dieters. Does it apply to you? Picture starting out on a new weight loss plan, and swearing to stick with it.
