Fruits and berries – Fruits and berries are filled with anti-oxidants that aid in averting the occurrence of cancer, eye problems and coronary heart ailments.
Water – The body’s water supply will merely stay in your body once you stop drinking water. You need to take note that drinking plenty of water will save you from dehydration and will consequently help you in your exercise routines.
Green tea – This is recognized to be a very effective form of diuretic and antioxidant. Other benefits of green tea include the following: an enhanced blood movement and sugar level, prevention of cancer and hastening of fat loss. Drink green tea in the morning instead of coffee or tea.
