The human intestinal tract can be cleaned using salt water by the mechanism called salt water flush. Generally salt water flush is also named as salt water bathing. It is named as salt water bathing because a person’s body can be cleaned by the process of bathing. In the same way a person’s inner body can be cleaned by this salt water bathing.

Sea water is the most commonly used salt water which is a mixture of salt and water. It is also referred as the combination of nacl and h2o scientifically. One of the ingredients for salt water flush is the normal iodized salt use for cooking. The usage of pure water may help in preventing any new form of infectious organisms along with it. The usage of pure water also ensures hygienic salt water flush.

The main use of salt water flush is to keep the human intestinal tract free from germs and other disease causing bacteria’s. The salt is well known for its ability to remove germs. Most of the peoples used to apply salt on wounds for its medicinal value. Sometimes, lemon can also be added as an ingredient for the salt water flush. Lemon gives the mixture some taste that one can easily have with out any problem.

Everyone will have a doubt that excessive salt intake may lead to some problem. This can be clarified by the following fact; the density of salt water in salt water flush is equal to the density of human blood. When a person drinks the salt water flush, the drink passes through the human intestinal tract making its way through the kidneys and blood. But the salt and water content in the mixture will not be absorbed by them due to their density. The toxic substances in the intestinal tract will be removed by the salt water and expels out through the urinary tract. The wastes in human body can also be removed by this process.

The salt water flush should be done early in the morning. so, one should getup early, and should be in rest for at least 20 to 30 minutes after drinking the salt water flush and then he can make his intestine clean and free from germs by washing out his intestine in bathroom. Thus the person can gain an energetic and refreshing feel throughout the day.
