What You Nedd To Know – Ways To Cure Panic Attacks

I was 21 when I first experienced panic attack. I was sitting at my desk at work, preparing my makeup. I had 5 minutes chitchat with my coworker, when suddenly, I felt so uncomfortable. I tried to ignore it, but the longer I hold that feeling, the intense it had gotten me. So I hurried to the bathroom and started to wash my hands. This time, I can feel my hands and knees trembled, my heart started to pound so fast, and I felt so cold. I felt like something bad was happening. I was really scared, like something is going to happen next or someone in my family wasn’t alright. My heart continued to beat so fast, like I’m gasping for breath. Thanks to a friend of mine who saw me in that situation. She quickly took a glass of water and had me drank on it. A few minutes more, I started to feel calm. She asked me what happened but I couldn’t figure it out. I thought this bad experience will never happen again, but it came back to me when I was in the middle of the crowd, celebrating my own birthday. The same fear attacked me and made me almost unconscious. And since then, I had developed an anxiety disorder. This made me decided to see a doctor and with his and a Psychiatrist help, my panic attack was cured.

With the fear of having such horrifying experience, I seek for more information about panic attack and found out that this is a form of anxiety disorder. What commonly experienced by the patient are similar to what I’ve encountered. Because of this, I gathered helpful tips out from my therapies. Here are some few recommendations on how to cure panic attacks.

Perceive a Positive Disposition. Being too negative about things made me suffer anxiety disorder and panic attack. This is the realization I just recently understood. Our body works in accordance to what and how we perceive in life. Because I was feared rejection, I developed frustration and fear within me. This then developed to a more serious health disorder of anxiety and panic attack.

Keep a healthy lifestyle. One of the biggest issue here is my diet and exercise habit. Even I’m not fat, but I was very spoiled with junkfoods and never exercise back then. I craved for sweets and, losing the balance of my physical strength. When I undergone therapy, I learned that an unhealthy body will not only cause physical illness, but metal and emotional fatigue and diseases too, just like panic attack.

Keep Yourself From Stress. Instead of enjoying my youth, I chose to be miserable by working and worrying too much. I was always in battle with stress, destroying me slowly. This explains why I had such anxiety disorder and panic attack. I was not in control of myself, letting stress toke over me.

How to cure panic attack should start with us. This only indicates that what we do to our body will affect on how the body will respond to us. Therefore, we must start taking care of our body by keeping ourselves away from stress and living the healthiest lifestyle.
