It just has to be a niche that fits you. Even collecting rare Japanese Pokemon cards can be a valuable pastime if it helps you to deal with the stress in your life.

Trimming bonsai trees has long provided relaxation and serenity. They are small and portable so it can be easy to spend some time with it even during an office lunch break. It can provide just enough of a break that you are able to return from your break feeling refreshed and ready to tackle your workload.
