For holidays in ski season Whistler is a short drive from the hill. Come back, shake off your snow, warm up by the wood stove, and enjoy a big screen game of football along with a coldie.

Kangaroo Ground, on the far side of the bay has beds for seven. It’s impossible not to spend time enjoying the view from the windows in this mountainous area. No pets are permitted at Kangaroo Ground. An excellent kitchen for home cooked meals while on holidays is part of the tasteful architecture of the entire residence.

Here’s a word on the myths about snakes and spiders. For those who think that these creatures are a problem, be assured that much of the reputation is hype.
