This is for all you folks out there who have never ventured far enough across the plains to step foot in Las Vegas. Sure it’s called Sin City. Sure it’s got gambling and free booze. Sure there are famous named headliners, world-renowned magicians and elaborate stage shows with pretty girls floating feathers on their heads. But one of the things you probably didn’t know, unless you’ve been there, is that there is a whole other side to this town: Carpet Las Vegas!
Maybe you have actually been to Las Vegas and figured it was just a town with a great line-up of fancy buffets and free sidewalk entertainment. But imagine walking into a casino, in search of the your next buffet, only to realize that there was no carpeting to walk upon. The entire mood and feel of the place would certainly be distorted.
Las Vegas has a passion for carpet as much as it has a fever for fun! If you’ve been there and haven’t noticed then chances are you didn’t look down from a Twenty-One table or didn’t drop your drink on the floor while you were flinging quarters into your favorite slot machine. So, what does ‘carpet Las Vegas’ have to do with selecting flooring for your own home or office?
Today’s homeowner is in search of affordable ways to improve the value of and differentiate their property. Even if you’re not thinking about selling your own home any time soon, you certainly want to have a place that feels good and makes others feel great when they visit.
One of the reasons fine hotels, palaces and casinos have such beautiful carpet is that the most talented interior designers know that floor space is ‘drama space’. Designers conquer floor space in order to create mood. The psychology of design relates specifically to how the combination of effects ‘affect’ the way people feel. Maybe that’s why some places, like casinos, pay so much attention to their carpet. It’s part of the overall environmental effect that makes people feel happy, upbeat and ready to conquer the toughest slot machine.
When was the last time you walked into a home or business and were impressed by the carpeting? It happens more often than you might suspect. Often you may not remember the fact that you were impressed as much as you remember how walking into a particular space made you feel.
If walking into your home or business doesn’t feel the way it should feel, then maybe you need to take a peek at the carpet. Custom carpeting can really make a difference in the way a space feels and it can certainly make a difference in the value of a home hitting the real estate market.
Even if you’re thousand of miles away from Sin City, chances are you can connect with carpet Las Vegas style simply by phoning one of the area’s premier carpet distributors. Las Vegas knows carpet! Installing custom carpeting in your home or business is one of the best affordable upgrades you can install to add more value to your property and get the results you’re looking for from prospects.
