-Learn When to Say No – Saying no is perhaps one of the biggest challenges in most people’s life, as they’re concern about coming off the wrong side and projecting a bad image. It is important if you want to achieve a balance in your life, when you’re maxed out at work, learning to say no can help keep yourself from taking in more than you can handle and avoid otherwise costly mistakes. Your boss would not think that you’re not doing your job as long as you explain how your hands are full at the moment to them, they might even appreciate your honesty!
