The New Cell Phone Stun Guns And Their Increased Stopping Power

By Jen Cortes_

A great example of new and improved technologies to ensure your safety is the cell phone stun guns. They look like regular harmless cell phones, so no one will be able to tell that it is a weapon. These devices dont actually function as a cell phone, but your assailant will be calling for help once you zap him with it. This is why these are such unique non-lethal self defense tools.

Lipsticks and flashlights are other types of disguised stun guns on the market. These covert weapons are a very good means for self defense with non-lethal force. Though they look like cell phones, these stun guns can disable a person in just seconds.

They can deliver anywhere from 800,000 volts of stopping power at your attacker to 4.5 million volts, depending on the model you buy. Only the manufacturer’s creativeness will limit what ordinary items will be used next to house this effective non-lethal self defense weapon. The best thing about it is that even as high tech as stun guns can get, they are still relatively inexpensive.

To operate all you need is a 12 volt battery. Turn on the switch on the side and stun. Some items will come with a free leather holster so you can wear it on your pants too like a cell phone. However, please not that this is not a cell phone, but a powerful weapon. So you must treat it and use it like such. It needs to be handled with the out most care and kept out of the reach of children. If you have kids, let them know what it is and make sure they respect it as a weapon.

Security is very important and walking around feeling vulnerable or being vulnerable is something you need to stand up against. Don’t sit around and wait for crime to happen to you. Protect those you love around you and yourself as well. Cell phone stun guns are cool because the attacker will not see this coming until it “comes” at them, and then its too late. Almost everyone has a cell phone, so there is no better disguise than this.

Be sure to hit your attacker in the torso area. If you don’t, you will not be effective, their muscles wont cramp up all the way and they will be more “angry” at you now. Don’t worry about the shock passing to you, it only goes to the person whose skin touches the shock.
