To enjoy a happy marriage life, people need to understand demand of marriage life. Marriage is notably most amazing experience in both men and women’s life to occur. It the day when many wait for their perfect spouse to lead their reaming life with. But sourly, many are unable to cope with rising tension, stress a married life goes through.

Many are not prepared for life after marriage. Hence, come out of disillusion soon as the wedding and honey moon are over. Then they begin to realize realistic picture regarding married life and responsibilities it come with.

They are not ready or prepared mentally to execute their responsibilities. It leads them to constant quarrelling over a range of issue and indulges in petty fighting more often. This may also create misunderstanding among the husband and wife. Further, each spouse starts taking decision in their marriage according to their perception. This makes them even more apart from each other.

They will view each other as competitor rather than husband and wife. Take decision as they felt correct their way. Soon such activities will become a daily routine in their life. Thus, draining them completely and making life miserable.

Such relationship are very hard to continue. It would be far fetch, when both spouses will start to take u turn against their marriage and put it in divorce papers. Since they are experiencing so much of depression due to in quarrel in their life, they prefer to stay alone than to continue.

They feel so depressive that this begins to affect their professional life as well. Depression is feeling of being low or sad for considerable long period of time. Depression is not regular sadness, grief that goes away after short time. Many people around the world experience different Types of Depression People who want to safe themselves need to gain info about depression and its symptoms to live a happy life.

To come out of such complex situation, I recommend following step needed to safe your marriage along with your mental healthiness.

World does not behave according our wish. And it is not clever to stick set of demands when you see they cannot be realized. Change your thinking and try adjusting to new roles in marriage, even If you had other opinion about it. At least give a sincere effort to make your marriage click. This way you will not feel guilt of being insensitive to your marriage.

Newly wed have many imagination about their partners, this may or may not come true in real life. Regardless, spouses need to put sincere effort in adjusting to their current marriage demands. They must accept reality over dreams, work to enhance their relationship with partner, by working to make marriage work. Rather than, throw away their married life, just because you had other expectation and could not see coming through with this marriage. Such thoughts are useless and harmful, as nothing in this world goes according to our expectations and will. We should be able to redefine our priorities and seek them in any changing environments.

Understand you partner, their nature and their right. This approach will help you in understanding your duties toward your spouse. And in turn make your spouse change any misconception about your. In turn start accepting you and appreciating your efforts. Be the first to initiate wellness in your marriage, do not involve yourself in thought of ‘why I need to start being nice, he could start it too’. As fruit of successful marriage is for you to enjoy, you are doing it for your own good.

Mental toughness is needed to tackle issues that are threatening your marriage. Prepare yourself well so you can face any issue head on. Every marriage life faces much issue in every period of its tenure. Even when you are old, husband and wife do have petty quarrel and bad moment. This does not mean you do not love each other nor are enemies to each other. It merely suggests there is an issue that needs to be sorted out.

Communication is important in marriage, healthy marriage always depend on how issues can be solved through one to one talk between husband and wife. Talk about your expectation from the marriage. Be open to your spouse and discuss every issue you feel about. This will help you in eliminating problems and also understanding your partner’s like and dislike too.

Patience is good attribute to have in oneself. It provides you supplement energy need in crisis situation, where need of the hour is wait and persevere. If you have patience, it will allow you to forgive and appreciate your spouse love and affection. Eventually paving way to building a bridge of trust and support in your marriage.
