Consult a doctor when you are ready to begin attempting to get pregnant. Before you try to conceive, you should consult with your doctor to ensure that you can go through a healthy pregnancy. At this point, you can begin to make changes that will make it easier to conceive.

Pelvic tilts are a great way to treat and get rid of lower back pain. This position involves getting in a position where you are on the hands and knees then raise your back into a cat position. Do not drink any alcoholic beverages while pregnant. The alcohol you ingest also goes through your placenta and into your fetus, causing a myriad of possible health problems. Anyone who is trying to conceive or is currently pregnant should stop drinking alcohol completely. Alcohol consumption while pregnant can lead to birth defects, premature birth, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
