Other symptoms often experienced by 5 weeks pregnant ladies are huge appetite, increased basal body temperature and feeling metallic on the tongue of the mouth. It is important to know these symptoms. Not only that, to be able to recognize the warning symptoms and signs of pregnancy is equally important.
