There are anger management books focusing on separate groups such as children, teenagers, adults, men, women, couples, families and anyone else who is involved in situations, which may need anger management advice. Therefore, because of these diverse needs, anger management books are written to be understood by the various groups as well as used as tools to control anger and frustration and work through various situations.
