Is It Too Late To Stop My Divorce From My Cheating Wife?

By Guest

My wife may have cheated but I’d do anything to stop my divorce. Is this how you feel about your marriage? Some men really do take their marriage vows seriously – even the, for better or worse part of those vows.

Of course, knowing this doesn’t make it any easier to face the end of your marriage. But, calling off a divorce can be a little more complicated than anyone wants to admit. How do I know when it’s too late to stop my divorce?

Why should I? – It’s not my fault

You may not be the culprit but who’s going to take the first move to save your marriage? Don’t let your pride get in the way.

That’s a good question. The problem is that your cheating wife may not really know what she wants. It’s quite likely that you married a woman you’d have never thought would cheat on you. That means that it probably took something pretty big, at least in her mind, to get her to take the plunge and actually commit the act.

She may be very confused right now and not trust her feelings about you or the other man at all. This means that you’re going to have to put in a little bit of work, time, and effort to convince her that where she really belongs is with you.

How Would I know?

The good news is that until she marries another man it isn’t too late to get her back. It isn’t too late to stop your divorce until you’ve both signed the papers and the judge has signed off on your divorce. But even the divorce doesn’t have to be the end for the two of you.

However, the bright side won’t serve its purpose if you won’t, from better to worse, experience the pain of life. More often than not, we stuck ourselves to learn and realize something, the hard way even if there is an easy way.

Playing the Hand You’ve Got

What’s done already belongs to the past, however it leaves something to remind the pain. Saving the marriage is not as good as saying, “honey, I miss you, let’s start over”. The situation is still fragile that even a single word could break the moment. Don’t pretend that everything is still okay.

You can’t pick up where you left off. But, you can go back to the beginning and start over by playing the hand you’ve been dealt together and making better choices, collectively, this time around.
