Do you know how hard it is on your body to be depressed every day because your heart is broken? If you are not getting enough sleep and not eating healthy foods then you will continue to get more depressed. It is just fine to grieve a little but there comes a point in your life were you need to get up and move on. If you continue thinking about him all the time and every night you will never be able to move on with your life. You need to find a way to keep your mind off him so you can come up with a strategy to get over him and a way to make your ex boyfriend want you back you again. In order to get him back first you have to make sure you have moved on with your life. The 2 methods i am going to give you will make it possible for you to get over this past relationship for good. Every time you cry, think about your ex, and talk negative to yourself you are making your brain to make you even more depressed. What happens is your conscious mind gets influenced negatively by all the negative things you say or do to yourself and this makes you become very depressed. You need to stop thinking of the past and start making your self feel good. Start by doing the things you stopped doing after you got into a relationship with him. You could start a new hobby to have some fun. Another thing you can do is talk to your friends and family to get some guidance from them. Now that you have a better thinking process you have to make sure you improve on your physical healthy. Your health plays a important role in helping you get over your ex. by eating healthy and working out on a daily basis it will take away all the built up stress you have. I know, it is not easy to get over someone but it will be more difficult to think about your past relationship together every day. If you focus more energy on your self and not your ex then you feel so much better about your ex boyfriend. Once you start feeling better it does not take a lot of time to get over him completely if you stay consistent every day by keeping the focus on your self and not him.
