Finding true love has never been easy. History is replete with examples where people laid down their lives finding true love. That said it is easy to find true love but to maintain that true love forever is challenge.

The main challenge in life is finding a person or a partner who can reciprocate your true feelings about love and also will give himself completely into you. If that is happening you can assume that it is not true love.

Let us define true love in today’s world. True love means that you care about the person and other person also loves you in the same vein. There are no conditions and strings attached to your love. True love is all about caring and compassion you have for the other person.

The main thing is that you should not be blind in love and if that happens then you will be the main sufferer. That will mean for you is that if your love is not being reciprocated in the same manner then you need to explore the reason for the same. If the reason is that you have a partner who does not have the same feelings for you then you need to reevaluate your love and relationship.

Love is all about someone able to hear your inner feelings and thoughts. If in a relationship you are not able to do that and in fact you feel restricted and constricted then it will mean that either you are not true to the relationship or your partner. In such situations make sure that you sit and have a sincere talk with your partner.

The equality and individuality of each person should be of prime importance. Everyone wants to be respected and loved. The other person should have that respect for you and hold you in high esteem as well as reciprocate your feelings about unconditional love. This is the true essence of love and this will ultimately be the foundation of a great relationship. If these things are missing then there will be no basis for a relationship to exist.
