The Various Uses of Rubber Grommets

Rubber grommet is a ring inserted into a hole to prevent tearing or abrasion of a pierced material. It is used in several industries or in a simple household as a protection of wires and also to restrain water from leaking. It is also used as shock absorbers of wires to protect from sharp edges in the installation. Another use is an aid to lessen noise coming from the equipment and gives additional space in screwing something in place.

There are many types and kinds of rubber grommet that you can choose to buy from the market.
