Where Are They Now – What Happened To People You Used To Know?

By Carrie Dupree

Have you ever thought about the people you used to know, and thought “Where are they now?” If so, then you are like most people. Everyone likes to know what has happened to the people they used to know, whether from high school, middle school, college, or even an old workplace. However, these days there are websites where we could find people we used to know. While some of them require that the people you are looking for have signed up for the site as well, some other ones do not require them to have signed up.

Sites that not require the people you are trying to look up to have signed up usually only tell you the state they’re living in. Not only that, but they are usually not entirely accurate. There is no way to really find out where someone is or what they are doing without a Social Security number or extensive personal information. That is why it is best to sign up for sites that can tell the people you are and hopefully people you used to know sign up for them as well. This is the best way for you to ask the question “Where are they now?”.

The sites that require both you and the people you are looking for to be signed up are nearly 100% accurate. This is because the people are putting their personal information such as the schools they went to, their names, where they live now on the site. That way you can be sure that you are finding the people that you want to find.

Even if the site requires paid registration, it is worth it if you would like to reconnect with an old friend. Most of the time it is a one-time fee, but with some services they can be a monthly fee. So you need to keep this in mind before signing up for any services. While many say $9.99 or $5.99, that could be a monthly fee. Make sure that you read their terms of service and subscription terms before signing up.

Finding out where are they now can be a lot of fun. You can remember people you had totally forgotten, or you can find out where people used to live, and what has been going on with them in their lives since you knew them. It’s always fun to catch up with people that you used to know.

Instead of wondering “Where are they now?” get on a search engine and research several of these type os sites. Then, if there is a fee, pay that fee, and find out where your old friends are now. Who knows, maybe you can rekindle a romantic interest that you had in high school.

Simply wondering “What happened to them?” about the people you used to know or be good friends with is not going to get you very far, but there are some ways you can get back in touch with those you are wondering about.
