Acai Berry Side Effects Are Winners

By Becky Kay | January 29, 2010

In all the research that I have done over the past two years on one of the best supplements I have ever come across acai berry side effects have come out the winner. After all it is a fruit like an apple is and we all know that an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

No matter what we eat or drink there will be side effects. Coffee has the caffeine and causes acid reflux for me. Soft drinks usually adds some weight because of the 28 to 38 grams of sugars in them. So much of our foods seem to be cholesterol filled.

When it comes to acai berry side effects I have found them to be very beneficial to us and not harmful in any way shape or form. The berries have more antioxidants in them than do blueberries long to be the front runner. They have a lot of natural fiber in them and these two natural ingredients help rid the body of harmful deposits and toxins.

Another great benefit of acai berry supplement are the nutrients that help with many other types of diseases like diabetes, blood circulation and even with the fight against cancer cells. All very beneficial and positive things.

I did find that the one main side effect that might actually be considered negative was the appetite suppressant that is associated with acai berry. I do not really consider that a negative but rahter a positive at least for most of us.

It is also interesting that acai berry has plenty of fatty acids and amino acids which helps with proper digestion and muscle development. This results in added fat loss. Yet another great benefit of the acai berry supplements.

However, we must also remember that even though the acai berry fruit has no negative side effects there may be some side effects with the ingredients of supplements. Especially those that offer a cleansing of the body as those will head you off to the bathroom a bit more often. There have also been some reports of abdominal bloating and cramping with the cleansing supplements.

The product that I take has a number of other all natural ingredients added to it one of which has a bit of caffeine in it (read the label). Not any more than one cup of coffee contains but since I seldom drink coffee before bedtime I take my acai to begin my day so as not to mess up my sleep pattern. Taken the way it is recommended there are no negative acai berry side effects to contend with.
