Management Of Stress Effectively

The world nowadays is a competitive, fast-paced, high-efficient society, which inevitably brings a number of tensions and stress to us. Mental stress is generally divided into the three levels minor, moderate and strong. People need an appropriate degree of mental stress, because it is a necessary condition for people to solve the problems in their daily life and work. However, excessive stress is not conducive to solve any problems. From physiological point of view, if people, who chronically stay in a super-intense state of physical strength, may easily be irritable, agitated and angry. These are sign of more serious disease such as brain dysfunction or neurasthenia, which are detrimental to health. Therefore, to overcome the mental tension, we should try to transform it from the tension to some comfortable feelings, like relief. To find a effective way to eliminate mental tension, for generally speaking, is necessary to reduce their demands. People, who are very assertive , aggressive or striving to improve everything in their work and putting anything in competition, will naturally feel that life is too stressful and become depressing sometimes.
In reviewing the traditional view of stress, the concept of stress is known as the demands specifically on individuals taxing or exceeding the resources to manage them. Another point of view of stress is to emerge the stress as overload. The stress on the cognitive view may focus on the interruption considerably well-documented and find the autonomic activity such as distress and anxiety resulting with the organized action and the process of thought which was interrupted. The interruption is the expectancy disconfirmation or the non completion of the action which was then initiated. The activity is autonomic which can be instigated by the stress interruption serving the signaling system that absolutely demands the attention. The result is the response known as adaptive that increase the attention with crucial events and in more extremely situation that draws the attention compared to the other areas needed (Pearlin, 2007). The correlation of distress may appear the distress levels with interruptions’ rate which may totally occur.
Stress begins with distress because the result of interruption with the study of arousal in emotion. The logistic argument may link the process of identity with the process of stress that is apparent to the readers with perception. There are three important points of activity with activation, identifying the processes in continuous operations through the time in maintaining the congruence known as the standard of identity and self-appraisals’ reflection. The identity standard is the expectancies set in the form of meanings as well as the system of meaningful behavior. The process of identity is in continuous operation, self-adjustment, the loop of feedback and the individuals may continue to adjust the behavior in keeping the appraisals of reflection congruent with the standards of identity or references. Mostly in situations as familiar the process of adjustment may be regarded as automatically near because most individuals may continue the behavior of adjustment in keeping the reflection of appraisals known to be congruent with the standards or references. The process of adjustment is automatic that requires little or no attention at all.
The process of identity is continuous wherein the amount is the reflection of appraisals different from the standard of identity that keeps small. The large discrepancy is relatively in existence with the likely indication of interruption of identical process with suspension of normal condition that is in continuous congruence that is reflected with appraisals and standard of identity. The incongruence of one’s reflection with appraisals and the standard of identity which was then created and growing with the discrepancies known to be at the minimum and are being handled in automatic manner (Shapiro, 2006). The increasing incongruence may distress the increase with the provision of alarming the system as well as the motivation to resolve the discrepancy problem. The identical process is then established due to organization giving better feedback but of course, the more important is the process of curing the stress.
Stress can be easily acquired through work or job, environmental factors, movie or television and many others. It is very important that all persons should learn the handling of stress more specifically with the situations that are difficult to handle. The conditions, salience and organization are considered significant when it comes to stress handling. Stress is always present and the way of handling the stress depends upon the person involved given the situation. The best way in which a person may handle the stress is to be able to learn the proper management of stress in order to be a better person. Handling stress is part of growing persons’ personality, though this may be of difficult scenario, many individuals can adapt such changes and improve self control for easy management of stress. The stress cannot be eliminated but the proper handling can be adapted and studied by many human beings. The outlook foreseen by most individuals should be in positive views and the person should be open-minded with regards to different point of views when it comes to stress management. Though there are many ways that an individual may handle the stress, the great influence is the means of personality in order to proper way of handling the stress. There are lots of ways in order to minimize stress but the person or individual should know the limitations and indulge his/her own self to be able to accommodate stressful way of living. Stress has solutions and many individuals can handle it in many ways and the most important application is self control. Giving time to own self and getting out from stressful life even for few hours is indeed very helpful to unwind and give space for many things (Wheaton, 2008).
