Making The Transition: Stay-At-Home To Work-At-Home Mom – Now You Can Learn How To

By Gerry Braun

Trawling the Web for solutions, a potential work-at-home mom is running a virtual obstacle course! To make headway through this morass often proves to be just too much, and yet another potential opportunity has gone to the cleaners. Very few of us can avoid a gridlock state of mind and need some pointers, some advice on how to . . .

Whenever one comes across an enticing opportunity, how do you know whether you should take it or not? The trick is to recognize such an enticement as a true opportunity.

Making this kind of choice is not easy. But it is not impossible. And it can be rewarding, very rewarding. What always helps, is if you can look at what other people have done, how they’ve done it.

What I’ve come across while searching for solutions, is a book that explored the options for mothers to earn income through the Internet. Virtually every aspect of such an undertaking is covered in detail, right down to how to organize your life to accommodate it. Reading this book was very much a heartening and inspirational experience.

Having suggested the option of website-building as a source of income, the authors build a very strong case to substantiate it. Quite impressive.

Studying this book (a ‘Masters Course’) carefully, is quite an eye-opener and makes all their suggestions seem to be watertight arguments and easy to accomplish.

What you can expect to find in this Masters Course is:

* all the how-to information you need to get started. * inspiring stories of real-life SBI! WAHMs and their Websites. * tips on managing your household and family successfully while you work.

They get the ball rolling with an in-depth review of the positive and negative aspects of working away from home.

They then consider some of the more common ways of earning income at home, both online and offline,, and see how they compare with what they’re doing.

Building their case for what a fine option building content-rich websites can be for a WAHM, they go into the detail of this process. To validate their suggestion, they look at all the advantages of being able to generate an income from such a satisfying and creative endeavor.

Next they tackle the nitty-gritty section. This is where they explain how their chosen system of Website-building functions. It’s broken down into four easy stages, and they talk you through each one to give you a thorough understanding of the process.

Next the authors review some favorite cases, going deep into the detail of each mom’s success and of how they have accomplished it. These moms reveal how their sites are working for them, how much time they needed to put in, how much they’re earning and what their future plans are.

Having reviewed other successful WAHMs, the four authors tell their own stories and on how they came to produce this course.

In the fifth chapter they’ve pulled together some Helpful Resources, everything you need to learn more and get started.

The penultimate chapter covers some more inspirational role model WAHMs and how they came to start their own businesses.

The last one is a very useful chapter to end a course with: It gives one new insight into how to organize both your family and your business to avoid stress.

We all have a few subjects that really interest us and on which we will “hold forth” at the drop of a hat. The Course that I review here takes it a bit further, and shows how it is possible to turn that kind of interest into a source of income. What a novel idea!
