Puppy owners that love their pets normally have a lot of issues that they need assistance with when it comes to behavior of their pets. One of the largest behavior issues young puppies experience is biting and training puppies not to bite can be a tricky thing to do without the right assistance.

This issue might first show up when you are playing with your dog. Biting will continue if this habit is not stopped. This can be stopped using a training method.

You may ask yourself, is training dogs not to bite difficult to do by yourself? No but one thing you need to know is correcting the problem behavior before it becomes a habit that you do not want is the key.

The biting stag in young puppies is natural due to the fact of teething just like children go through. At this point in their lives they will bite into most things including your hands and arms. The sooner the better when it comes to taking care of biting issues.

Just remember that it is your job to let your pet know that your serious about stopping this biting behavior. Puppy biting is an issue and has to be fixed, and one of the best methods is by using guilt.

This is where the dog is made to believe that they have caused pain when they bite you. Once puppies play with one another and one has gotten bitten they stop once a yelp is heard from the other puppy they’re messing with.

As a pet owner if your puppy bites you, you must make it appear that it hurt you. This may be accomplished by saying ouch or no in a loud voice and then stop playing and don’t show any type off affection towards the puppy.
