End Of Tenancy Cleaning Win The Inventory Check Out

By Darren Ackers

Being involved in the end of tenancy cleaning market can be very profitable if you know what you’re doing.

The recession is finally over in the UK, thank god. Very soon we should see the a rise in the number of end of tenancy jobs in London and the South East.

Prior to the recession the rental market was absolutely booming, the economy was in good shape and demand for cleaning rental properties was high.

As we all know before the credit crunch took hold there were a lot of new build properties being bought by private investors. This was the reason why end of tenancy cleaning was so popular.

When the credit crunch became real it sure did hurt all of us financially in some way. Unfortunately some worst than others.

The recession is finally over and end of tenancy cleaning is now beginning to bounce back with a vengeance. The confidence is slowly returning in the UK economy.

Providing your prices are competitive and your website is professional, now’s the time to make money cleaning rental properties.

If your an experienced domestic cleaner or working in house keeping, chances are you will need to learn new skills to deliver professional standard end of tenancy cleaning.

First off you need to learn the lettings cycle, learn what Inventories and Check Outs are and the part they play. This is key.

The majority of Inventory clerks, I think are far too anal. Depending on the Inventory check out compiled by the clerk can mean the difference between the tenant receiving all their deposit or only some of their deposit.

I think that some Inventory clerks forget this and do not realise how many problems they can actually create.

A great example is professional carpet cleaning. Obviously Inventory clerks are not professional carpet cleaners but when it comes to an Inventory or Check Out they claim to know which marks on the carpet can be removed.

They see a stain or spot on the carpet, the majority clerks I have came across will instinctively write down that the carpet needs to be professionally cleaned.

Like always the tenant suffers and greedy landlords gain.

Do you need professional end of tenancy cleaning balham. Or do you need professional domestic cleaning balham. Then give HJ Cleaners a call.
