In my several years dealing with the customer service of steel buildings, there can always be a problem in which the customer has some issue during the process of providing a steel building. Not meaning necessary that it is a problem when doing the paper work or delivery of the building, or even the customer installation of the building. There are just so many steps and procedures that the client needs to be clarified on during the whole process to ensure a good delivery of the system.

During the initial sales call is when the steel building salesman will answer the majority of the questions. But say the customer purchases a metal barn, they might have many various questions that arise throughout the entire process. These questions may vary from things such as “When will my blueprints arrive?” to ” What type of insulation is the best for the building i purchased?”. This is where having a FAQ or “Frequently Asked Questions” page on the website will come in handy.

When a company that provides prefabricated steel buildings follows these steps described by Mr. Speer not only will you get a satisfied customer but much more may be obtained.

One of the best perks of having happy customers is that they will tell all of their friends about the wonderful experience they just had when the purchased their steel barn from your company. Word of mouth is one of the best and least expensive forms of advertising.
