To keep from overdoing it when you let yourself indulge, always enjoy treats outside the home. Craving some ice cream? Head out to your favorite ice cream parlor instead of buying a gallon. It may be pricier, but when unhealthy treats are in the house, you’ll be tempted to eat more than you should.
